Topographic surveys

Topographical surveys aka land surveys, along with measured building surveys are the very core of where Blueprint Surveys started.

A topographical survey will include, but not limited to:

• Hard and soft landscaping
• Drainage and Utility covers
• Trees with a bole greater than 100mm
• Boundary type

Using a combination of total station and GNSS (GPS) we can survey small gardens to large business parks and with the aid of our drone, much larger fields or estates (subject to clearance from the CAA).
