Blueprint Surveys carry out two key elements for a variety of Clients.

Topographic Surveys and Measured Building Surveys The extent and depth in detail of a Topographic Survey is always driven by the Clients Specification.  We can advise and suggest suitable solutions that are not always obvious, but we never forget that you are the Client.

The range of detail on a Topographic Survey, start from a basic level survey utilising our Trimble 5200 GPS and Ordnance Surveys OS Net  through to a fully annotated and detailed plan, showing hard and soft landscaping and other visible features, using a robotic Total Station Geodimeter DR200+. This Total Station also enables us to survey features by ‘non contact’ ie when features are inaccessible, adjoining buildings etc.

Using GPS and TRIMBLE® VRS NOW™ and OS Net enables the survey information to be related to digital Ordnance Survey extracts of the surrounding area and therefore building up a comprehensive plan.

Post processing of the collected data, either on site or in the office is carried out using Geosite 5.1 and then transferred to AutoCAD for final output.
