Measured Building Surveys: Prior to any refurbishment or extension an accurate measured building survey is required. Our role in any project will be to provide an AutoCad 2D generated drawing showing external and internal wall lines, cill and head heights to windows and doors, stairs, steps and ramps, ceiling and beam heights and levels related to an arbitrary datum, an Ordnance Survey Bench Mark or the Ordnance Survey's network OS Net I have extensive experience with both domestic and commercial properties.

Land/Site Surveys: Re-development or a new build requires a measured survey to show the terrain and depending on the brief, all features are located and levels are related to an arbitrary value or if possible, to an Ordnance Survey Bench Mark. Partial boundary surveys to full site survey, showing fence, tree canopy and root lines, main buildings, and embankments.

The use of a Geodimeter DR200+ Total Station and Trimble 5200 GPS Rover, enables survey data to be captured via the Ordnance Survey's network OS Net and using Kinematic GPS corrections, downloaded ready for processing into an AutoCad drawing. All drawings we provide are in AutoCad .dwg or .dxf format and are attached to an e-mail electronically on completion. All plotting from A2 - A0, is out-sourced and vetted by me.
